Description
Some rare Pokémon/Fakemon of my region are based on actual mythical creatures. This time I present to you my interpretation of a kraken based Fakemon.
It starts out with a small squid, originally created by
. I fell in love with that sprite so with his permission, it will be part of my dex. And what seems to be a bubble surronding its body, is actually a force field to protect it from danger in the depths of the sea. The force field is created with its mind.
As it evolves, it grows larger and a lot more cunning. This wise squid is rumored to be a worshipping ''The King Of The Ocean'' (final evolution).
The final evolution is a pseudo-legendary Fakemon that navigates via other Pokémon's minds that echoes in the sea and is constantly looking for power of those whom cross its pass. The level of concentration of this Fakemon is ridiciously high. It meditates most of its time in large cracks and caves on the ocean floor to restore enormous amounts of power. Its size is often compared with a Wailord. However, not many people/trainers, has ever seen this creature. I'd like to imagine that it is as rare as a real life giant squid. Well, not that stupidly rare, but you get my point!
The blue parts of both the mid and final evolution is inspired by the Vampire Octupus. Glowing bacterium that scares away its foes.
